Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of salespeople, as well as developing and executing sales strategies. You will also be responsible for testing product hypotheses through the sales process and customer feedback.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial markets, as well as experience in sales and leadership. You will also be a strong communicator and have a proven track record of success.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of salespeople
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Test product hypotheses through the sales process and customer feedback
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Lead by example
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Provide training and development to salespeople
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends
  • Set and track sales goals
  • Report to the Director of Sales

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of the financial markets
  • Strong sales skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong presence in LinkedIn, willingness to use your personal network to promote company brand

 

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to coach salespeople and provide feedback
  • Ability to monitor sales calls and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 

In order to qualify for this position, you will need to submit a cover letter describing your sales approach and providing a specific example of a successful sale. If you are successful in this stage, we will ask you to provide feedback on one of our sales call recordings.
