Middle Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist (Remote)

What will you do:
- Perform functional testing of web applications, mobile apps, and APIs
- Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, bug reports, test plans)
- Identify, document, track defects, and perform retesting after fixes
- Work closely with developers to resolve bugs and improve the product
- Write automated tests and maintain existing test scripts
- Take full ownership of specific projects within the team
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the stock market / financial markets
- Solid knowledge of core testing methodologies
- Ability to write test documentation based on product specifications and requirements
- Familiarity with mobile app testing on Android / iOS
- Experience working with API tools such as Postman, SoapUI, curl, or equivalent
- Ability to use traffic sniffing / proxy tools for mobile apps (Proxyman, Fiddler, Charles, or similar)
- SQL skills – ability to write simple queries (MS SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- Understanding of WebSockets and how to test them
- Ability to write automated tests for Web, API, and Mobile applications
Advantageous:
- Basic understanding of containerisation (Docker or equivalent)
- Experience in investment / trading activities
- Experience as a QA manager
