It is crucial to use the reference mentioned in the application for execution of the transfer. Otherwise, we will be unable to identify and credit the transaction.
BROKSTOCK does not send account details via email, Whatsapp or any social networks. You can find the correct banking details on the deposit screen of BROKSTOCK application or personal account. Be vigilant against scammers and always make sure that the details you use to make the transfer match the details BROKSTOCK has provided in the application.
We do not accept payments from third-party accounts.
BROKSTOCK does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank may apply its own fees or charges. Please check your bank’s pricing before making a transfer.
If the Client makes a deposit during official holidays or weekends in South Africa, there may be delays in crediting the funds to the Client’s Trading Account. This is due to the banking system's reduced operations on these days, which can impact the processing time. As a result, the funds may not be immediately available for trading until the next business day when normal banking operations resume.
As a rule, depositing funds to live accounts is instant. In exceptional cases, the processing company can initiate a payment audit. This can cause the time it takes for the funds to be transferred to increase to two days.
We do not accept payments from third-party accounts and cards.

Specify any limitations on the number of transactions allowed on your card with the card-issuing bank.
All deposits made in a currency other than rand (ZAR) will be converted to rand according to the conversion rate of the card-issuing bank.
Deposits into your account can be made using both debit cards and credit cards.
Funds can only be withdrawn to your personal bank account in rand (ZAR).
Withdrawal of funds to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
