Open a live account and then go to the "Portfolio" section and tap on the Deposit button.
In the dropdown menu, select "Bank card" and specify the amount you want to deposit into your account.
Fill in the required information about your bank card.
Please confirm your transaction with the SMS code sent from your bank. NOTE: Approval screens and confirmation methods may differ depending on which bank you use.
The funds will be deposited into your trading account instantly. If the funds are not reflected in your BROKSTOCK account within two hours, please contact our Support team.

As a rule, depositing funds to live accounts is instant. In exceptional cases, the processing company can initiate a payment audit. This can cause the time it takes for the funds to be transferred to increase to two days.


We do not accept payments from third-party accounts and cards.

Specify any limitations on the number of transactions allowed on your card with the card-issuing bank.


All deposits made in a currency other than rand (ZAR) will be converted to rand according to the conversion rate of the card-issuing bank.

Enter your bank account details or select previously added ones.
When entering your bank account details, please ensure you include the name of your bank, its branch code, and your bank account number.
Specify the amount you wish to withdraw.
Our specialists will manually process your withdrawal request. Usually, it takes us three business days to process your inquiry and two or three business days after the processing to credit the funds to your bank account.
